This is money toward your future care, not an additional treatment fee. Use your available balance when you visit, or let it build toward an eligible purchase later. The separate enrollment fee is not added to your balance.
You do not need to book a treatment every month. Your purchased balance does not expire or disappear if you cancel your membership.

A Monthly Treatment
One complimentary 20- or 30-minute Pure LED treatment per paid membership period, subject to suitability and availability. Unused monthly benefits ordinarily do not roll over.
About Your LED Treatment: Red LED light can help soften the appearance of fine lines and improve skin texture, while blue light can help reduce acne-related pimples. The light is selected for your skin, and a series may be recommended for your goals.
How the Savings and Credit Work Together
We apply your eligible member discount first, then use your available Beauty Bank Balance toward the reduced total.
An Example
After three $99 contributions, you have $297 in purchased credit. An eligible service priced at $500 would be $450 with the 10% member discount. Applying your $297 balance would leave $153 to pay.
This is an illustration, not a treatment quote. It excludes any applicable taxes and the separate enrollment fee.
A Few Useful Details
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month. Cancel before your next scheduled payment to stop renewal. Your benefits continue through the current paid period, and your remaining purchased balance stays available afterward at nonmember pricing.
For requests handled by our team, please contact us at least two business days before your next payment whenever possible. Allow up to two business days for confirmation. Our administrative days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding holidays.
Your request counts from when we receive it, even if the office is closed. Confirmation is not required for it to take effect, and a renewal charge processed after a timely request will be corrected and refunded.
Cancellation is accepted online through the link supplied at enrollment, by email, telephone, in person or ordinary mail. Full timing and refund terms are in the membership agreement.
Can I use my credit in the online stores?
Beauty Banking credit and discounts apply to eligible Koru services and in-spa products, not online or affiliate-store purchases. SkinMedica and skinbetter partner-store offers are separate.
Can I combine discounts?
Member discounts do not combine with packages, sale prices or other offers unless Koru expressly permits it. Gift-card purchases and discounted prepaid packages are excluded. Eligible manufacturer rewards follow the rules of the relevant program.
Does membership guarantee a treatment?
No. Each treatment still depends on an individual assessment and informed consent. Having a balance does not require you to have a procedure or guarantee that a particular treatment is suitable.
