Using the Website
This website provides information about Koru Wellness Aesthetics and its services. The website operator is Vivian Chin, MD, PLLC, doing business as Koru Wellness Aesthetics. These Terms concern website use; they do not replace a clinical consent, membership agreement, payment authorization, or other separately accepted agreement.
Medical Information
Website articles and treatment descriptions are for general education. They do not diagnose a condition, prescribe a treatment, or replace advice from a qualified clinician who has evaluated you. Reading the website or sending a general inquiry does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship. Do not delay appropriate medical care because of something you read here. For an emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care; website and email inquiries are not an emergency service.
Appointments, Prices, and Treatment
A treatment description is not a promise that a particular treatment, provider, or appointment will be available or appropriate. Clinical assessment and treatment-specific consent remain necessary. Prices and availability should be confirmed through the current booking service or with the practice. We will discuss and obtain agreement to applicable charges before providing an elective service.
Our Appointment and Payment Policies describe reservations, cancellations, special-hours appointments, and payment questions. Memberships, packages, and other purchases remain subject to their own accepted terms. These website Terms do not create recurring-payment consent, waive a right to dispute an incorrect charge, or change an existing signed agreement.
Personal Use and Accessibility
You may read, save, and print website material for your own information and appointment planning, and use assistive technology to access it. Do not copy or exploit website content commercially, misrepresent an affiliation with Koru, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information. Linking to a public page is welcome when the link is not misleading.
Content, Copyright, and Trademarks
Website content may be owned by Koru or used with permission from its owners. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners; a reference does not transfer ownership or imply a sponsorship that has not been stated. Uses permitted by law are not restricted by this paragraph.

Inquiries, Photographs, and Feedback
Private patient inquiries, medical records, and clinical photographs are not public website submissions and are not licensed to Koru for unrestricted publication by these Terms. Clinical photography, testimonials, and marketing uses require the applicable separate permission or other lawful basis. General suggestions about the website do not authorize us to disclose confidential patient information.
Please use the designated practice channels for clinical and payment information. Do not submit someone else's personal information without authority. Our Website Privacy Policy and patient privacy notice address the relevant handling of information.
Links to Other Services
Booking, payment, shopping, map, rewards, and social links may take you to another provider. Review that provider's terms and privacy notice before using its service. Contact Koru if a linked service prevents you from accessing information or arranging care; an external link does not remove the practice's own responsibilities.
Orders placed through the brand stores on Shop Skincare use those stores' checkout, pricing, shipping, returns, and privacy terms. Koru receives a commission on qualifying purchases through its practice links. A link to a store does not promise that Koru's in-practice promotions or membership benefits apply to that store's orders.
Availability and Errors
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be unavailable from time to time. Please ask us to confirm important appointment, service, and price information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives a patient's clinical, privacy, consumer, or accessibility rights.
Applicable Law and Changes
New York law and applicable federal law govern these website Terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. These Terms do not rescind or change a separately signed treatment, membership, payment, or dispute-resolution agreement.
These Terms take effect on October 9, 2026. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently amend treatment or membership agreements. We will display the revised effective date and provide any required notice or obtain any required consent for a material change.
