Appointments Outside Regular Hours
Appointments outside our regular business hours may be available by special arrangement. An additional fee of $75 per reserved 30-minute block outside regular hours applies, with the total confirmed before booking. This fee is separate from treatment charges and is not credited toward treatment. It does not apply when an appointment runs late or when Koru requests a schedule change.
Getting Here
Q train to 72nd Street
At Second Avenue. Walk north to East 78th Street, then east toward First Avenue.
6 train to 77th Street
At Lexington Avenue. Walk east and continue to East 78th Street between Second and First Avenues.
Check MTA service updates (opens in a new tab) before traveling. The Q station at 72nd Street has elevators; check their status when planning a step-free journey. The 6 station at 77th Street is not a step-free station.
Access to the Practice
Our ground-floor entrance has a ramp at the front door, and there are a few interior steps within the practice. We've accommodated patients who use wheelchairs and visitors with strollers in the past. Please call or email before your visit so we can discuss the layout, your needs, and the best arrangements for your appointment.
Payment & Insurance
Koru Wellness Aesthetics is a self-pay aesthetic practice and does not participate with insurance. We accept CareCredit for eligible purchases.
Appointment and Payment Policies
Fees for treatments performed as agreed are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Reservation credits, cancellations, unused prepaid treatments and memberships have separate terms.
