Help Accessing Information and Booking
If you have difficulty reading information, navigating the site, or using online booking, please contact hello@korunyc.com or 212-396-3672. Tell us which page or task was difficult and how you would prefer us to assist you. Please do not include medical records or payment-card details in an initial accessibility message.
We can help with information and appointment arrangements while a website or booking issue is being addressed. Assistance by phone or email supports our accessibility work; it is not a substitute for fixing a barrier.
Our Approach
Koru is working to improve access for people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical improvement target.
Our work includes headings and page structure, meaningful image descriptions, visible keyboard focus, readable color contrast, text enlargement, reduced-motion preferences, and clear links. Important policies are available as web text rather than only as image documents.
Ongoing Checks
The website and its connected services are reviewed as they change. Some booking, payment, and map functions are supplied by other providers. We will review reported barriers and coordinate with those providers where needed. This statement is not a claim that the entire website or every external workflow has been independently certified or fully evaluated.
You may use the written address and directions without opening the embedded Google map. For information about the entrance, interior steps, and arranging a visit, please see Visit Koru. Physical access arrangements and website accessibility are separate matters.
