The $195 fee covers the consultation and personalized plan. It is separate from treatment fees and isn't automatically credited toward a procedure. Treatment may need a separate appointment.

This is a dedicated consultation; a Custom Face Treatment or other service is booked separately. Consultations are available in English or Japanese.

Please choose a few photos of yourself that you really like and bring them on your phone. They can be recent or from earlier years. Dr. Chin finds them helpful for understanding what you love about your appearance and what you'd like to preserve.
Bring a list or photos of your skincare products and any details of previous treatments, including the product, dose, date, and results when known. Please complete your appointment forms beforehand and note medications, allergies, and changes in your health.
