Membership Program
$99.00/month (plus sales tax); 12-month contract only, billed on the first day of the month.
Includes:
- Choice of one facial chemical peel or one facial SilkPeel microdermabrasion treatment per calendar month. Non-transferable and no roll-overs to another month. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- One complimentary consultation with a physician and/or aesthetician to determine your needs upon sign-up. Physician or aesthetician may recommend a different treatment each visit prior to the treatment, based on your skin’s condition and skincare goals.
- 10% off all regularly-priced retail products, not combinable with any other offers or discounts. Highest savings amount will be honored.
- 2 guest passes per year for member’s friends to have one facial chemical peel or facial microdermabrasion at the member’s discounted price of $99. Must be used within 12 months of date of issue to VIP member. Must not be the same person.
- 15% off most other additional services (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, skin rejuvenation treatments, laser services) and 10% off injectables (dermal fillers and neuromodulators).
- Surprise birthday gift ($25 gift certificate that expires 12 months after date of issue)
- Gift on joining and upon renewal (a choice between 4 full-size products that will be determined upon joining/renewal – will be rotated).
Terms & Conditions:
- Benefits start at time of purchase and will not be pro-rated.
- Gift certificates may not be used to pay for membership fees.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with additional offers. Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only. Photo ID is required at check-in.
- Member must still abide by spa cancellation policy. No-shows will forfeit their service for that month.
- Membership cancellations: Membership is annual and may not be cancelled at any time unless during the renewal term of the membership upon 30 days advance notice to Koru Wellness Aesthetics.
