Koru Online Store Purchasing Policies
We are an independent, authorized business from the brands we feature – please be aware you are not ordering products directly from a brand, unless you order SkinMedica products through our Brilliant Connections portal. Please note that applicable sales tax in our Koru Online Store will only be assessed on all orders shipping within New York State. All applicable taxes on Brilliant Connections/SkinMedica products will be applied at checkout.
Koru Online Store Shipping Policy
We currently ship online orders to all 50 U.S. states. Due to various skincare brand policies, we do not sell or ship to customers outside of the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in New York City within three business days of placing the order. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or FedEx. At checkout the customer will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Retail product purchases over $150 (prior to taxes) include complimentary shipping with USPS Priority Mail. You are responsible for inputting the correct mailing address; Koru Wellness Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the customer has any time-sensitive shipping requests, please note the expedited shipping options at checkout. We offer various shipping services for an additional charge. We will notify you via email with a tracking number when your order has shipped from New York City.
Backordered items will ship as available, with no additional shipping charge.
Please note, if the customer needs to return an online order, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Koru Wellness Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages in shipping. Koru Online Store Return Policy
We sincerely hope you love your purchase, however we will gladly accept your return for a product exchange (due to product malfunction, e.g. broken cap) or store credit only. We are unable to issue refunds.
Returned item(s) must be received at Koru Wellness Aesthetics within 14 days of purchase, whether by mail or in-spa. The return shipment must include a copy of your receipt.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Koru Wellness Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages in shipping.

Brilliant Connections/SkinMedica Online Store
As an added convenience for our patients, we offer Brilliant Connections – our portal through which you can purchase SkinMedica products! Purchases feature complimentary 2-day shipping direct from the manufacturer, Allergan. Koru Online Store coupon codes are not eligible for Brilliant Connections/SkinMedica purchases. For every $150 in SkinMedica purchases, you receive 100 Allē points. Please see our Brilliant Connections page for more details!
Please note: patients who are members of Allē will need to call us (1-212-396-3672), or Allē (1-888-912-1572)/Brilliant Connections (1-855-754-6700) customer service (Monday-Friday 9am-7pm EST) to receive point credits for purchases at this time until they are fully integrated and points are automatic. Our practice can now only accept Allē coupon redemptions in-spa (not online). Allē points can be turned into coupons on future purchases of SkinMedica products, or on treatments like Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, or DiamondGlow Dermalinfusions in our medical spa!
